Sat: 10:00AM - 4:00PM

We rent by the day. Longer term rentals are available by request. 

Wearing a helmet is the law in British Columbia. We provide a helmet with every rental. 

Children 16 + years can rent (at the discretion of staff based on height and ability), however anyone under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian present with them during the use/rental of our equipment and must use a credit card. 

No, you do not need a drivers license to ride, however you must be at least 16 years of age to ride an e-bike or e-scooter on public streets and roads. This is the legal age according to the BC Motor Vehicle Act and local City of Vancouver bylaw enforcement. If you are less than 19 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult to rent.

E-Bike speed is regulated by law to a maximum of 32km/h, so we have limited our bikes to comply. 

E-scooters reach speeds of up to 25 km/hour. The BC Motor Vehicle Laws enforces this speed limit.

Each unit contains a digital speedometer, so you can easily view how fast you're going during your ride. Your speed can be affected by how much you weigh, and what type of terrain you're traveling on ie. uphill vs downhill.

You are responsible for the return of all equipment on the same way that was given to you; otherwise you have to pay the retail price.

Call the shop at 778-360-2122 to let us know. Please note that it is your responsibility to get your equipment back to us as we do not have pick up service.

An overnight charge will apply of $100 fee if not arranged ahead of time.

✓ Beware of pedestrians - slow down when approaching or passing

✓ Ring your bell to let people know you're near

✓Two hands on the handlebars at all times 

✓ Use the designated bike lanes and stay off the sidewalks. IT'S THE LAW.

✓ Only one rider per vehicle - no doubling!

✓ DO NOT STUNT RIDE - damages will be charged back to you.

✓ Avoid pot holes, curbs, puddles, and loose gravel and sand. 

✓ DO NOT ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

✓ DO NOT ride at full speed if you are not an experienced rider. 

• Our electric bikes are legally classified as power-assisted bicycles.

• Everyone must have a picture I.D 

• Provide a credit card for temporary hold (a pre-authorization)

• The pre-authorization is $500 for each e-bike or e-scooter.

• For minors; Minimum age 16 can ride an e-bike with parents. 

• Read and sign all rental documents, including a waiver release.

• Wear a helmet (it is required by law) and complete our free and easy training.

No, we operate on a first come, first served basis. Too many people fill out a Booking Request and don't show up for their rental.
