Intelligent Pedal Assist System (iPAS)
Our selectable multi-speed iPAS system detects your pedal cadence and adds motor power up to your desired level of assist. There is no need to control a throttle, all electronics function at the push of a button. Riders can simply pedal, concentrate and enjoy the ride while sensing the motor performance. Get the longest battery range by using iPAS.

Advanced iBoost Throttle Drive System
All ALTER EGO ELECTRIC BIKES come equipped with our easy to use throttle to dial in the power output of the motor. Use it while you pedal, or don’t pedal at all, the instant response of turning the throttle lets you control the speed. Battery range is reduced by approx. 50% with throttle only use, so for maximum range we advise you to pedal and let the iPAS do the work for you.

Intelligent Battery Management System
Our batteries utilize advanced lithium-ion chemistry with on-board battery management system (BMS) for superior performance and charging. Together these lightweight, high capacity battery packs, iBMS and chargers ensure a long lasting and reliable source of power for years of riding!
