Price Match

We’re happy to offer price matching when the following conditions are met:

✔️ The item is in stock and available for immediate purchase

✔️ The competitor is an authorized Canadian retailer

✔️ The product is the exact same model, year, size, and colour

✔️ The competitor’s price is clearly advertised (no verbal or private offers)

✔️ Shipping costs are included in the final price comparison

✔️ Price match must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

Price Protection

If an item you purchased from Alter Ego Bikes goes on sale shortly after your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

✔️ If an item goes on sale within 30 days of purchase, we’ll honor the sale price

✔️ The difference will be issued as store credit

✔️ The item must be the same make, model, year, size, and colour

✔️ This policy applies to Alter Ego Bikes sale pricing only. For competitor pricing, please refer to our Price Match policy above.

Important Notes:

Discounts do not stack on top of price matches or price protection

(including welcome codes, team discounts, promo vouchers, bundles, or free shipping offers)

Customers may choose either a discount or a price match — not both
