Alter Ego Bikes is one of Canada's original electric bike companies. We are currently expanding our operations so we are looking for great people to join our winning team! Here is a listing of our available positions:

Bicycle Mechanic

Abbotsford, BC

Responsibilities Include:

- Bike assembly

- Bike tune-ups

- General bike repairs (e-bike experience not required) 

- Invoicing and collecting payment from service customers

- Customer orientation at pickup

- E-Bike Sales as needed

Requirements:

- Must be available on Saturdays

- Must be reliable.

- Must be good with people

- Must have good communication skills

- Able to work unsupervised.

- Minimum of 2 years bicycle repair experience is a requirement (however, e-bike experience is not required). Just owning a bicycle does not make you a bicycle mechanic! Please have real experience.

- Criminal & background check may be required

COMPENSATION

- $23 - $30 per hour
- 20 - 40 hours per week
- All Holiday Long weekends are off!

Product Advisor (Part Time)

Abbotsford, BC

Responsibilities Include:
- Handling customer inquiries (phone, email, and in-store)
- Learn all products that we have to offer
- Accepting shipments from couriers
- Provide incredible customer service

Requirements:

- Must be reliable.

- Must be good with people

- Must have good communication skills

- Able to work unsupervised.

- Criminal & background check may be required

- Previous sales experience is definitely an asset

- Able to work on weekends

COMPENSATION

- $20 - $25 per hour based on experience
- Commission to be discussed
